Cebu Scoopy Club Rides to Simala and Argao

The majestic Mama Mary's Castle in Simala.
July has been a very busy month for me and I love it :). First, I had my birthday ride, followed by the nationwide Unity Ride Against Stupid Laws initiated by MRO and it was also MRO Cebu's first ever unity ride coordinated by yours truly and then last July 27, we had the Cebu Scoopy Club July 2014 Ride. The itinerary was going to Mama Mary's Castle in Lindogon, Simala, Sibonga, followed by a quick visit to Argao Nature Park in Argao and then hitting the very nice beach of Dalaguete Beach Park. It was all fun and relaxing. The weather was great when we rode from Honda Philippines Cebu Office in Lahug up to Dalaguete. The sun was not always up and if it was, it's not scorching hot. Best weather for having a ride.

Meet up at Honda Philippines Lahug Cebu City Office.

When we arrived in Carcar, we decided to have our breakfast at Jollibee in Carcar Rotunda.
Then, we proceeded down south to our first destination.
The first stop was Mama Mary's Castle in Simala. We offered prayers for the safe ride as well as for the successful unity ride we had with MRO. The right part of the area where new structures were constructed were almost done. It's getting better each time we go there, getting majestic. We took some photos and then we moved on.

The next stop was Argao Nature Park. We were like checking the place out because some of our colleagues haven't been there. Me, my wife and daughter have been to this place a couple of times already. We had little fun in the place even though we didn't stay long. The animals were well cared as well as the whole place. Hopefully, it would always stay this way.

Arrived at Argao Nature Park.

Then after dropping by at Argao Nature Park, we went back to the busy streets of Poblacion Argao to buy food for our lunch. We'll be having our lunch at a nice beach in Dalaguete. We bought some lechon chicken and pork belly.

Now, the best part of the ride was the beach. We saw this beach being promoted by a local TV show "Biyahe ni Drew" and what was said in the show was spot on. It was nice and the place was like a "virgin" resort. When we were there, we couldn't help but be eager when we would come back (lolz). The entrance fee is a meager Php20 and their table is Php160. How's that for a decent beach.

When we arrived, we immediately prepared for our lunch.

Unfortunately, it rained so we transferred to a cottage. We rented a table first.

My daughter then immediately went to the beach after her lunch.

Lovely beach, virgin resort and hopefully it will maintain this way.

Ride Safe! Ride Scoopy! Godspeed!
